African Rosewood – Handcrafted Wood Diffuser

I carefully chose this soothing natural concept of an exquisitely simple carved wooden sculpture that gently absorbs & releases wafts of scent. I have bought several different Vorda diffusers and am delighted with the results of the natural scents that permeate different areas of my home. It is just the right amount of scent without being overwhelming.

It has been great decision replacing the air diffuser with the African Rosewood diffuser. Since I was diagnosed with cancer I been having problems with sleep from the treatments and anxiety. I place the diffuser on the night table next to me. Every night I put four drops of comfort oil blend. Since the change I been sleeping extremely well.

I never write reviews, but I want to record my experience because I am so impressed with Vörda and I know a lot of people might not want to make a purchase from an indie site without a lot of reviews (it gave me pause, too). I absolutely love this diffuser. I was really unsure about the design, because I was only familiar with electric mist-type diffusers, but I conducted a lot of research and I decided to go with Vörda as I was intrigued by the look of this (gorgeous!) piece. I really try to avoid buying anything plastic, and this is an excellent alternative. It looks great on my coffee table, and it smells lovely with Vörda's essential oil blends (I haven't tested it with others yet). I want to stress that the scent is quite subtle, so if you're looking for a powerful scent throw, maybe this is not a great option. But if you're looking for a unique, beautifully-crafted item as an alternative to an electric diffuser then I cannot recommend this piece highly enough.

I bought one for myself and one for my sister’s birthday. Love this product! No water, no electricity. What’s not to love??

I was very skeptical at first. I have misters for my essential oils, but it became a hassle keeping them full and making sure a wayward cat didn't tip them over. I honestly thought - how can a wood diffuser work? But it really does work. I have the Walnut and African Rosewood versions. I will be getting more. Fabulous gift idea!
